CHILD SAFETY
Children may NOT accompany clients while receiving services.
CLEANLINESS
Please come to your appt with clean dry hair. Color does NOT process better on dirty hair, that’s an old myth, please come with freshly washed clean hair. You will receive optimal results by following these guidelines.
** failure to come with clean hair will result in an additional blowout $60-$80 for extension services and color services.
FOOD/DRINKS
You may bring drinks with you and small food items like snack bars etc. Please refrain from bringing meals and larger items that produce food odors due to smaller studio space. (Refrain from ordering food etc)

CELL PHONES, TABLETS, COMPUTERS
As a courtesy to others Please silence your cell phones and other devices. Do not use speaker phone, I ask for you to use headphones or text (this includes zoom calls) Be aware you must SIT STILL during your appt, keeping your back securely against seat back with head in correct position. Avoid leaning forward sporadically, reaching etc. Thank you.
24 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me. I hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide me with 24-hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and I may be able to accommodate clients on my waiting list. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, last minute cancellations and ‘no shows will be charged a cancellation fee and must be paid before rescheduling. Here is my general breakdown of cancellation fees:
• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount, failure to pay this fee will in removal from client list.
As a courtesy, I do text to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
LATE/TARDY POLICY
I will always try my best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, I know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of my day by delaying me for my clients who come in on time. For this reason, I have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time, I will call to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; I'd rather know as early as possible so I can do my best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of my day!
Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & only you. These policies allow me the opportunity to alert my standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing me to provide the best service possible.
